About Lifemark's Community Occupational Therapist Position

Our Community Occupational Therapists work with clients across Ontario, treating individuals with diverse diagnoses and injuries requiring support in both home and/or workplace settings. The focus is on helping clients regain their previous level of function and independence.
What You'll Do
- Provide comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
- Collaborate with clients, families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective rehabilitation strategies.
- Educate clients on adaptive techniques, assistive devices, and strategies for managing daily activities.
- Conduct home and workplace assessments to identify safety hazards and recommend modifications.
- Advocate for client needs and ensure access to appropriate resources and support services.
