About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Rehab First Inc. as a Clinical Specialist. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Provide evidence-based interventions to promote client independence and functional ability
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent
  • Current registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO)
  • Valid CPR certification and a reliable vehicle
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
