About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our team at Vent Kings. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations.
    • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
  • Communication and Customer Service
    • Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
    • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including sales team members and management.
  • Organizational and Time Management
    • Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Organize and maintain a high level of accuracy in all tasks and projects.
  • Technical Skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
    • Familiarity with database management and record-keeping systems.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • Experience in a sales or administrative role is an asset.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have excellent attention to detail.
