About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our team at Polish Wrap. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team in achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including answering telephone calls and relaying messages.
    • Respond to electronic inquiries and compile data, statistics, and other information as needed.
  • Office Management
    • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure a well-stocked office.
    • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure efficient access to important documents.
  • Communication
    • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
    • Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records and databases.
  • Experience
    • 1-2 years of experience in a sales support role or similar administrative position.
    • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Language
    • Fluent in English.
