  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including answering telephone calls and relaying messages.
    • Answer electronic enquiries and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Data Management
    • Compile data, statistics, and other information to support sales efforts.
    • Maintain and manage digital databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Office Operations
    • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure a well-stocked office.
    • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure efficient access to information.
  • Communication
    • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
    • Perform data entry tasks to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales support role.
