- Experimental Design and Analytics: Shape experimental design and incorporate a working knowledge of advanced experimental analytics techniques to accurately measure the success of our machine learning-based marketing optimization campaigns.
- Machine Learning Model Development: Independently select the appropriate approaches from a broad toolkit of machine learning algorithms and embody high standards of quality and accountability throughout the machine learning model development lifecycle.
- Partnership with Machine Learning Engineers: Partner with our machine learning engineers to refine and extend our reinforcement learning-based marketing optimization capabilities.
- Exploration of New Data and AI Opportunities: Proactively explore available data and opportunities to leverage the latest developments in AI to innovate our suite of FinTech products.
- Data Management and Integration: Apply advanced data management techniques and tools to bring datasets into data science workflows and systems, enabling our products.
- Experience and Track Record: 5+ years' experience and a demonstrable track record of delivering applied machine learning or data science capabilities in consumer-facing and/or enterprise applications.
- Machine Learning and Statistical Knowledge: Knowledge of statistical inference, experiment design, probability, sampling methodologies, regression, classification, clustering, data mining, time series analysis, causal inference analysis, and deep learning techniques.
- Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of Python-based machine learning frameworks and the data and computation management mechanisms that surround them in a cloud setting.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication skills that can be delivered in the context of your audience from deep science to business decision-makers.
- Interpersonal Influence: Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to influence others around you towards data-driven business goals.
- Agility and Adaptability: Ability to quickly pivot and act with agility as dictated by the needs of the business.
- Education and Qualifications: Advanced degree (PhD preferred) or equivalent career experience in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics or a related technical discipline.
