Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute our omnichannel strategy in collaboration with the NA Strategy Office, ensuring seamless engagement with SMB customers through their preferred channels.
  • Lead a team dedicated to program management, business analysis, and operational excellence, ensuring timely delivery of initiatives within budget and to the highest quality standards.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to present business updates, strategy communications, and project recaps, driving the adoption of cutting-edge technology solutions to enhance sales data tracking and accelerate team efficiency.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in strategy, analytics, or program management within the SMB segment at a large hardware technology company.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
  • Expertise in program management methodologies, including agile project management.
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience engaging with senior executives.
