Lenovo, a global technology powerhouse, is seeking a visionary leader to spearhead the development and execution of our omnichannel strategy. This role requires a strong leader who can collaborate with our NA Strategy Office and drive the adoption of cutting-edge technology solutions to enhance sales data tracking and accelerate team efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement innovative program management techniques to enhance project delivery efficiency.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team focused on program delivery, business analysis, and operations.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and their staff to present business updates, strategy communications, and project recaps.
  • Drive the adoption of technology solutions to enhance sales data tracking and accelerate team efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in strategy, analytics, or program management within the SMB segment at a large hardware technology company.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
  • Expertise in program management methodologies, including agile project management.
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience engaging with senior executives.
