The Director of Technology and Data Management will play a key role in spearheading the development and execution of our omnichannel strategy, working closely with our NA Strategy Office to ensure that our SMB customers can engage with us through their preferred channels while enjoying industry-leading customer and partner experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team focused on program delivery, business analysis, and operations
  • Implement innovative program management techniques to enhance project delivery efficiency
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and their staff to present business updates, strategy communications, and project recaps
  • Drive the adoption of cutting-edge technology solutions to enhance sales data tracking and accelerate team efficiency
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in strategy, analytics, or program management within the SMB segment at a large hardware technology company
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams
  • Expertise in program management methodologies, including agile project management
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience engaging with senior executives
