We are seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Finishing Supervisor to join our team at IM Concrete Finishing Services Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Concrete Finishing Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the concrete finishing operations on our construction sites. This includes supervising a team of workers, coordinating activities, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of concrete finishing workers to ensure efficient and safe working practices.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure that finished concrete meets the required standards.
  • Collaborate with other site supervisors and project managers to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Train and develop the skills of concrete finishing workers to improve their performance and productivity.
  • Ensure that all site activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in concrete finishing operations.
  • Proven track record of supervising and coordinating construction site activities.
  • Strong knowledge of concrete finishing techniques and quality control procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field an asset.
Work Environment:

This is a permanent full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work on construction sites, which may involve working at heights, in confined spaces, and in varying weather conditions.
