Job Title: Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Service Coordinator to join our team at AWIN Group of Dealerships. As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing service appointments, and ensuring seamless communication between customers and our service team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer all incoming service department phone calls in a timely and professional manner.
  • Book service appointments and manage the service schedule.
  • Assist management with administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing.
  • Oversee all appointments and consult with management regarding any discrepancies.
  • Ensure customer mobility when appointments are booked and arrange for shuttle or loaner vehicles as needed.
  • Balance cash at the end of the day and handle customer inquiries.
  • Follow up with customers and book appointments for special ordered parts.
  • Review special order parts files and notify customers when parts have arrived.
  • Assist customers when picking up their vehicles and accept payment when necessary.
  • Greet customers when Service Consultants are not available.
  • Ensure the refreshment area is tidy and report any safety or security concerns to management.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, MS Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role.
  • Ability to maintain filing systems and database.
  • Professional appearance and friendly disposition.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
  • Experience using dealership-related software is preferred.
