Inglewood Opportunity Hub - Clinician Position

Position Overview

The Clinician will report directly to the Program Manager and will be tasked with delivering high-quality clinical services to clients within the Wood's Homes framework. This role requires a commitment to excellence in service delivery and adherence to the organization's Health and Safety Management System.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver direct therapeutic services to a diverse caseload of children, youth, and families through individual, family, and group therapy.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients as required, ensuring timely and accurate reporting in line with case management protocols.
  • Maintain detailed and timely documentation of clinical activities, adhering to professional and organizational standards.
  • Provide clinical guidance and support to various Wood's Homes programs, enhancing overall service delivery.
  • Facilitate training sessions for staff, practicum students, and community professionals as needed.
  • Engage with community resources to coordinate support for Wood's Homes clients.
  • Participate in research initiatives and specialized projects as assigned.
  • Report any workplace hazards or safety concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications

  • A Master's or Ph.D. degree in Psychology, Social Work, Family Nursing, Art Therapy, or a related discipline.
  • Current licensure in accordance with the Health Professions Act, with services delivered in compliance with professional standards and ethical guidelines.
  • Proof of professional registration may be necessary for specific qualifications.
  • Ability to complete documentation within established deadlines.
  • Access to personal transportation is required.
  • Demonstrated personal suitability for the role.
