Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Inglewood Drive-in. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain high-quality standards
    • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Staff Supervision
    • Supervise a team of 5-10 food service counter attendants, food preparers, kitchen, and food service helpers
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
