We are currently in search of qualified candidates for Certifying and Non-Certifying Aircraft Maintenance Engineers to enhance our Maintenance, Avionics, and Structures teams. These professionals will play a crucial role in our innovative aircraft modification initiatives.

Overview of Our Operations:

The PAL Group of Companies specializes in full aircraft design and customization services, ensuring our clients are optimally equipped. Our experienced team excels in configuring a diverse array of aircraft types and platforms to fulfill client specifications.

Our Maintenance, Avionics, and Structures AMEs utilize engineered drawings to fabricate and implement a wide range of aircraft modifications, including missionizing aircraft for search and rescue and surveillance operations, as well as aircraft conversions.

Work Schedule: Day shifts, with evening shifts as necessary.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Essential: Completion of a Transport Canada approved Aircraft Maintenance Course or equivalent experience through programs such as ICS; Preferred: M1/M2, S or E license or equivalent rating if licensed. Experience in flight line operations is considered an asset; Preferred experience with the following aircraft: Dash 8-100/200/300 and/or Dash 8-400, ATR-42 or ATR-72, King Air 200 and/or King Air 300, DHC-6 Twin Otter; Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team; Strong troubleshooting skills; Excellent interpersonal, decision-making, organizational, and communication abilities; Familiarity with Transport Canada Regulations.
