About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Petro-Canada/A&W Fast Food. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our fast food outlet.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Operations Management
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Reporting and Administration
    • Prepare and submit reports
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a fast food outlet or restaurant
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with 37.5 hours per week. The work language is English.
