About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Petro-Canada/A&W Fast Food. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality in our food service operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective work schedules to meet business needs
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring efficient and safe food handling practices
  • Train staff on job duties, sanitation procedures, and quality control standards
  • Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, stock, and repairs
  • Prepare and submit reports to management
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a fast-paced food service environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
