Bar Manager

We are seeking a skilled Bar Manager to join our team at Skye Avenue - Kitchen & Lounge. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and a seamless dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Determine Service Offerings: Develop and implement operational procedures to meet customer demands and exceed expectations.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure team members are meeting standards and providing excellent service.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient service and minimize waste.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Marketing and Customer Service: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, and provide exceptional customer service to build loyalty and drive sales.
- Team Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
- Client Focus: Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
- Interpersonal Skills: Develop and maintain effective relationships with team members, customers, and suppliers.
- Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate with team members and customers.
- Flexibility: Adapt to changing situations and priorities to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Organized: Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficient service delivery.
