Bar Attendant

Spice 72 is seeking a skilled Beverage Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our bar staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring a seamless beverage service experience for our patrons.
Responsibilities- Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including glassware, draft beer system, and storage areas.
- Beverage Service: Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including mixed drinks, wine, draft and bottled beer, and non-alcoholic options.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, including taking beverage orders, addressing customer complaints, and enforcing provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations.
- Inventory Management: Order and maintain inventory of bar stock, including beverages and supplies.
- Supervision: Supervise 3-4 staff members and ensure they are meeting their responsibilities.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Certifications: Serving It Right Certificate.
Spice 72 is a dynamic and fast-paced environment that requires a high level of energy and enthusiasm. As a Beverage Service Manager, you will be working in a bar setting, interacting with customers, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
