Job Summary:The Bar Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bar, ensuring that all staff are performing at their best, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate and improve daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor and manage staff performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
- Plan and organize daily operations, including setting staff work schedules and ensuring that all tasks are completed on time.
- Supervise and train staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
- Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations, and ensure that all staff are aware of and comply with these regulations.
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the bar is a safe and healthy environment for staff and customers.
- 2 years of experience in a bar or restaurant management role.
- Permanent position, 30-40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
