About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Bar Manager to join our team at Skye Avenue - Kitchen & Lounge. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our bar.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews to maintain high standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to safeguard our customers and staff.
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to build loyalty and drive repeat business.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
