About the Role

The Principal Service & Asset Management defines and coaches the Technology Service & Work Management Global Process efficiency & effectiveness. You'll monitor Potash Technology performance to identify opportunities and remove obstacles to streamline execution. You will also coordinate with Technology Service & Work Management teams on global process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Define local requirements for implementation of Global Technology Service Management & Work Management processes & systems.
  2. Provide coaching & expert advice on Global Technology Service Management & Work Management processes & systems.
  3. Coordinate and facilitate the Potash CAB (change assessment board).
  4. Measure departmental performance and effectiveness of Global Technology Service Management & Work Management processes (service level metrics, failed changes, etc.).
  5. Engage with global process & systems owners to provide suggestions and improvements to Global Technology Service Management & Work Management.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, IT or Trade equivalent.
  2. IT Service Management Framework (ITIL Foundation).
  3. Experience with SAP Work Management & related technology systems.
  4. Experience with Service Now (SNoW) Process & Systems.
  5. Experience managing and facilitating Change Management & Change Assessment Boards.
  6. Ability to develop Process Definitions & Process Improvements.
  7. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) across relevant stakeholders to provide quick and accurate responses to all queries and relevant support as required.
Work Location

This role will be based out of BHP's corporate office in Downtown, Saskatoon. The associated work schedule will be 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Hybrid working (flexible, shared workstations and a combination of office and work from home) is standard for BHP.
