Responsabilités

Le Responsable du Développement Commercial sera responsable du développement des affaires des nouveaux clients dans le territoire de vente qui lui est attribué. Il incombe au titulaire de sensibiliser et de développer la perception de valeur des clients potentiels sur les services de Ryder en utilisant le processus de vente de Ryder.

Compétences et Habiletés

  • Communication : Solides aptitudes pour la communication verbale et écrite, obligatoire.
  • Relation Client : Capacité de créer et d'entretenir des relations professionnelles à tous les niveaux de l'organisation (pairs, groupes de travail, clients, superviseurs), obligatoire.
  • Initiative : Fait preuve de motivation, obligatoire.
  • Travail en Équipe : Capacité de travailler de façon autonome et en équipe,, obligatoire.
  • Souplesse : Fait preuve de souplesse pour travailler dans un environnement dynamique à un rythme rapide,, obligatoire.
  • Gestion du Temps : Capacité à mener plusieurs tâches de front, très bonne organisation et excellentes compétences en gestion du temps, obligatoire.
  • Souci du Détail : Souci du détail et excellentes pratiques de suivi, obligatoire.

Études et Expérience

Baccalauréat en administration des affaires ou en finance et comptabilité ou expérience équivalente, obligatoire.

Cinq (5) ans ou plus d'expérience en vente (réalisation du devis) démontrée dans les responsabilités de vente antérieures,, obligatoire.
