About the Role

Coldstream Commercial Sales Inc. is seeking a skilled Commercial Laundry Appliance Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our commercial laundry equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Electrical Testing and Repair: Conduct thorough voltage, resistance, and other tests using electrical test equipment to diagnose and repair faults in commercial laundry appliances.
  • Estimating and Planning: Prepare detailed written estimates of repair costs and plan service routes to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Diagnostic and Repair: Refer to schematic drawings or product manuals to repair parts and diagnose faults using testing devices.
  • Customer Communication: Advise customers on work performed and the condition of their equipment, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Shop Equipment Operation: Use shop equipment and specialized diagnostic and programming apparatus to repair, adjust, and reprogram appliances.
Requirements
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
