Dynamic Project Leader / Client Relations Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison for clients, overseeing all facets of client engagement.
- Establish and nurture robust and lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to outline project needs, scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and uphold project schedules, guaranteeing timely and budget-compliant project completion.
- Track project advancement and performance, proactively identifying and addressing challenges as they emerge.
- Recognize new business prospects and partner with the sales team to formulate proposals and estimates.
- Organize and lead steering committee meetings.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in project management and/or client relations, ideally within the automotive, railway, or aerospace sectors.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of fostering trust with clients and internal teams.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills, adept at prioritizing and managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client engagements.
- Bilingual proficiency (French and English) in both spoken and written communication.
- Candidates must be located in Canada.
