Assisting account executives in prioritizing weekly tasks and organizing future follow-ups and outreach efforts. Reaching out to clients as needed to verify scheduled transactions and making courtesy calls as requested by account executives. Aiding in the preparation and delivery of presentations aimed at clients, along with necessary follow-ups. Contributing to business growth by engaging in diverse solicitation efforts. Leveraging relationships with clients to foster strong business connections, attentively listening to their needs to ensure satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities, while maintaining updated records. Ensuring that all client files are comprehensive and adhere to relevant deadlines and quality standards. Upholding all policies, practices, and standards for secure transaction and operational conduct.

What you bring:

Attestation of Collegial Studies. A minimum of three years of relevant experience. Other combinations of qualifications and experience may also be considered. Proficiency in French is required. Ability to prepare financial statements. Familiarity with business products and services offered by caisses, components, and Desjardins distribution networks, as well as competitors. Capability to input financial data into systems. Knowledge of financing and credit management practices related to businesses. Understanding of compliance requirements for financial product and service distribution regulations. Insight into the philosophy and operations of a financial services cooperative. Awareness of procedures related to account openings and the sale of complementary products and services, including those linked to Accord D financing. Familiarity with Desjardins business processes. Understanding of service standards. Strong communication skills, interpersonal savvy, and adaptability to various situations.
