Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with internal teams to gather and analyze business needs and objectives concerning the central clearing of interest rate swaps.
  • Convert business needs into detailed automation specifications, identifying areas for process optimization and automation.
  • Leverage extensive knowledge of capital markets, clearing processes, controls, and automation to create cutting-edge solutions utilizing AI technology.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technology and manage automation projects.
  • Perform comprehensive testing and quality assurance to validate the precision and effectiveness of automated workflows.
  • Track and evaluate the performance of AI-driven automation solutions, implementing necessary enhancements and modifications.
  • Offer continuous support and training to users to ensure effective integration and use of automated systems.
  • Remain informed about industry developments and innovations in AI technology, capital markets, and IRS trade clearing, suggesting relevant improvements to current processes.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in automating processes related to the central clearing of interest rate swaps (IRS) within the capital markets sector.
  • Comprehensive understanding of capital markets, clearing processes, controls, and IRS trade clearing.
  • Proven experience in applying AI technology to enhance and automate processes, ideally within the financial services industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to pinpoint opportunities for process enhancement and devise innovative solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to articulate complex ideas to stakeholders effectively.
  • Expertise in utilizing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technology to streamline operations and boost efficiency.
  • Familiarity with software/tools such as Bloomberg, VBA, and SQL.
  • Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment, managing various priorities.
