Deli Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Deli Manager to join our team at Foothills Foods & European Deli. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our deli department, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Supervise and train deli staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about our products and services.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on consumer trends and preferences, and adjust our product offerings accordingly.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the types of merchandise and services to be sold in our deli department, and implement effective pricing and credit policies.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
- Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make data-driven decisions to optimize profitability.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Staffing: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers to ensure adequate coverage and high-quality service.
- Operations: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
