- Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitoring revenues and expenses to ensure profitability.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Staff Recruitment and Supervision: Recruit, hire, and supervise deli staff, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and training to perform their duties.
- Work Schedules: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure efficient operations and adequate staffing.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily deli operations to ensure high-quality products and exceptional customer service.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a deli or food retail environment.
- Permanent employment.
- English language proficiency.
- Ability to work 30 to 40 hours per week.
