- Staffing and Scheduling: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff, as well as establish work schedules.
- Operational Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the daily operations of the deli department.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a deli or retail management role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
