As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for managing staff and assigning duties, studying market research and trends to determine consumer demand, and implementing price and credit policies. You will also be responsible for locating and selecting merchandise for resale, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and planning budgets and monitoring revenues and expenses. Additionally, you will be responsible for resolving issues that may arise, including customer requests and complaints, and recruiting, hiring, and supervising staff and/or volunteers. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage staff and assign duties
* Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand
* Implement price and credit policies
* Locate and select merchandise for resale

* Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers

**Requirements:**

* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

* 30 to 40 hours per week
