Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at B4U Videos & Computer Repair and Punjab Wireless. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Respond to user inquiries and provide timely and effective solutions to technical issues related to computer systems, software, and network connectivity.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve complex technical problems, often requiring research and consultation with technical manuals and documentation.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to users on how to use computer systems and software, as well as offer advice on best practices for technical support.
  • Log Management: Maintain accurate and detailed records of technical issues and solutions, including problems and solutions logs for use by other technical support analysts.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior technical support staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
