Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Richmond Pizza Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service in our food preparation and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Operations Management
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Prepare budget and cost estimates
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
    • Prepare and submit reports
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
    • Or equivalent experience
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years
