Job Summary

HANAMI RESTAURANTS VENTURES INC. is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food preparation and assembly processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Efficient Work Schedules

Develop and implement effective work schedules to meet the demands of our busy kitchen environment.

Supervise and Coordinate Food Preparation Staff

Oversee the activities of our food preparation staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet our high standards.

Train and Develop Staff

Provide training and development opportunities to our staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.

Manage Inventory and Supplies

Estimate and manage inventory and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet our demands.

Ensure Quality Control

Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure that our food meets the highest standards of quality and safety.

Prepare Reports and Budgets

Prepare and submit reports and budgets to management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Address Customer Concerns

Respond to customer complaints and concerns, ensuring that we provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment

Language

Fluent in English

Work Schedule

35 to 40 hours per week
