We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Big Way Hot Pot Richmond. Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of our customers.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers feel valued and respected.
  • Operations and Administration
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that our restaurant is running smoothly and efficiently.
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform our business decisions.
  • Human Resources
    • Hire food service staff and provide ongoing training and development opportunities to ensure that our team is equipped to provide exceptional service.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service supervisory role
  • Language
    • Fluent in English
