About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Food Preparation Specialist to join our team at Dookbaeki. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing, heating, and finishing simple food items to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
  • Supply Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • Waste Management: Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and ensure a clean and safe working environment.
  • Housekeeping: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen.
  • Food Preparation Support: Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit to support the preparation of meals.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 44 hours per week.
