We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Account Manager to join our team at Rogers. Requirements
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, preferably in a commercial sales or account management role.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of data network, Internet, Cloud, and wireless services.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Customer Focus: Strong customer service skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing work environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Language Skills: Bilingualism is required, with a good knowledge of English and French.
