Position Title: Child Care Team Leader at Ross Road School
Qualifications:
- At least one year of experience in the child care sector
- Familiarity with recreational programming
- Excellent communication abilities
- Capacity to collaborate effectively within a team
- Completion of High School or equivalent certification
Preferred Qualifications:
- Current First Aid/CPR Certification is a valuable asset
Compensation: The hourly wage is $18.28, in addition to vacation pay.
Additional Benefits: Children of employees can participate in the program at no cost.
Training Opportunities: Various paid training sessions are available, including High Five, First Aid/CPR, Non-Violent Crisis Intervention, and Fundamental Movement Skills.
Work Hours: There is potential for additional working hours.
