As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing our comprehensive risk management framework. Your responsibilities will encompass identifying, assessing, mitigating, and monitoring both operational and strategic risks across various departments.

Your Impact:

  • Collaborate with diverse departments to maintain robust risk management plans.
  • Develop and deliver training programs focused on effective risk management processes.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging risks to continuously enhance our mitigation strategies.
  • Provide expert guidance and support on risk and crisis management techniques to colleagues across the organization.
  • Coordinate the activities of our dedicated risk management committee.
  • Monitor key risk indicators and treatments to ensure ongoing effectiveness.

Your Expertise:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing best practices and quality processes within a regulated environment.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, enabling clear and concise information sharing.
  • A proactive and self-directed approach, with the ability to take initiative and drive results.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating tact and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Fluency in English is essential for effective collaboration within our diverse team.
  • 3-5 years of experience in risk management within a regulated manufacturing sector or a related field.
  • A university degree in a relevant field, such as risk management, quality assurance, or a related discipline.
