Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and their impact on our organization's competitiveness and product offerings
  • Provide timely and efficient service to customers, suppliers, and sales team
  • Interact with delivery drivers and direct them to product locations for loading/unloading
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • 1-3 years in customer-facing role; food industry-related experience preferred
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office (Excel especially) is required; quick learner
  • CRM/ERP system as Microsoft Dynamics GP
