About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at A C Tesla PES Inc. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for purchasing general and specialized equipment, materials, and business services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Purchase equipment, materials, and services that meet our company's specifications and requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
  • Assess the needs of our organization and develop specifications for equipment, materials, and supplies to be purchased.
  • Negotiate offers from suppliers and ensure that our company receives the best possible value for our money.
  • Monitor the progress of delivery schedules and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Provide excellent customer service to our clients and suppliers.
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in Filipino and Serbian.
  • Previous experience in procurement or a related field is an asset.
