As a part-time Automotive Maintenance Specialist, you will be based out of our Service Centre. This role involves conducting preventative maintenance, tire rotations, and repairs, as well as installing and removing truck accessories in accordance with company policies and procedures. Your ability to exercise sound judgment and initiative will be essential in this position.
This part-time role offers a competitive pay rate of $22.00 per hour.

Work Schedule:
- 20 hours per week, requiring 2 days of work: 1 weekday and 1 weekend day, for example, Friday and Saturday from 7 AM to 6 PM.
Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting thorough vehicle maintenance inspections, focusing on tires, brakes, and fluid levels.
- Performing preventive maintenance services such as oil changes and tire rotations according to manufacturer specifications.
- Repairing and replacing tires as necessary.
- Replacing wearable components, including bulbs and wipers.
- Documenting vehicle repair history accurately through Repair Orders, detailing steps taken and parts used.
- Adhering to inventory tracking procedures.
- Ensuring the delivery of safe and reliable vehicles post-service.
- Installing truck accessories, including back racks and toolboxes.
- Following established health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment while complying with uniform and equipment standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Ontario G2 or G driver's license with a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years).
- No drug or alcohol-related driving convictions within the last 5 years.
- Authorization to work in Canada without the need for sponsorship.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office at an intermediate level.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety protocols.
- Availability to work the specified schedule of 20 hours per week, including 1 weekday and 1 weekend day.
Compensation:
CAD $22.00 per hour.
