Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Coordinator to support our inside sales team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer accounts and ensure timely and accurate processing of orders
  • Coordinate sales activities, including lead generation, follow-up, and tracking
  • Provide administrative support to the inside sales team, including preparing sales reports, scheduling appointments, and managing customer inquiries
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales data in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services to customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with customers
  • Leverage technology to streamline the sales process and improve efficiency

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales coordination, customer service, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
