Job Title: Sales Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Operations Coordinator. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the sales team operates efficiently and effectively, aligning with the company's goals and expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance team performance and productivity.
  • Collaborate with leadership to drive sales growth and maintain a high-performing sales culture.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry into CRM and other reporting tools.
  • Assist with onboarding and training new agents on office procedures and expectations.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales operations, performance analysis, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent reporting and communication skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and other sales-related tools.
