We are seeking a motivated Sales Coordinator with a progressive attitude to join our team. As a bilingual (English & French) Sales Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in bringing customer visions to life and driving our business forward with your innovative approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Outside Sales team in preparing quotes, liaising with clients, and managing in-house projects.
  • Greet and develop relationships with current and potential customers via telephone and face-to-face.
  • Respond to routine requests from the sales team on equipment availability for pending rentals.
  • Allocate and manage fleet buildings to hire jobs between sales, contract administration, and operations.
  • Coordinate the transportation of our space rentals fleet with various stakeholders.
  • Maintain a fleet availability list for all units in the regional space rentals fleet.
  • Manage fleet and inventory through coordination with yard operations.
  • Prepare fleet utilization reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Stay informed on competition, products, and compliance changes.
  • Maintain regular contact with potential customers to strengthen relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in construction sales, the rental industry, and customer service.
  • Fluent in English and French.
  • Ability to read and understand basic blueprints.
  • Passionate about the technical and sales side of modular units.
  • Go-getter with good relationship-building, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
