Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our Municipal Engineering division. The successful candidate will possess a robust background in municipal infrastructure and transportation planning. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of municipal design engineers while overseeing civil infrastructure projects
- Develop comprehensive designs and specifications for a variety of initiatives

- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets
- Engage in strategic business development, including proposal preparation and client relationship management
Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on leadership and business development
- Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation is mandatory
- Proven experience in the detailed design of municipal transportation and infrastructure projects
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, MicroStation, InRoads, and Civil3D
- Familiarity with regional market conditions and trends
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, effectively managing projects and communicating with stakeholders
- Strong analytical capabilities, a commitment to quality, and proficiency in technical tools
