Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of professionals in Land Development and Municipal Engineering
- Develop and execute business growth strategies for the Southwest Ontario region
- Manage project delivery from conceptual planning to construction management
- Partner with internal disciplines to deliver complex projects
- Manage financial and technical aspects of projects
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in consulting, with a focus on land development projects in Southwest Ontario
- Extensive project management experience in land development and municipal engineering
- Registered as a P. Eng. in Ontario
- Expert knowledge of the land development approvals process in Ontario
- Strong client management and communication skills
- Strong financial and project management skills
