Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of packaging employees to achieve high-quality results and meet production targets.
  • Develop and maintain a healthy work climate, fostering teamwork and employee engagement.
  • Represent the team's needs and issues to improve results, quality, and productivity.
  • Identify and recommend training and development needs for employees based on the succession plan and team requirements.
  • Coordinate training activities and validate knowledge acquisition.
  • Act as a contact person, trainer, and coach for employees.
  • Encourage employee participation, knowledge sharing, and recognition of contributions.
  • Implement efficient work shift transitions and support employees to meet objectives.
  • Develop employees' skills according to the existing model.
  • Promote HST, quality, productivity, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop employees' accountability and responsibility for results and improvement opportunities.
  • Support Line Leaders in implementing SAP and ensuring system mastery.
  • Involve team members in decision-making during quality issues.
Requirements:
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills.
  • Focus on achieving results, good leadership, and prioritizing employee development.
  • Excellent technical knowledge, with a focus on HST and GMPs.
