Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at I.G.S. Security. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security guards, ensuring they are performing their duties to the highest standard.
- Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
- Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
- Supervise staff in various areas of responsibility, including security guards.
- CPR Certificate
- First Aid Certificate
- Security Guard License
- Provincial/Territorial Security Officer Certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment with 35 hours per week.
- Fluency in French.
