BrightPath Kids Canada is seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator/Assistant to join our team at Montessori Lakeshore. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with instruction in the classroom, promoting a love of learning and encouraging children to reach their full potential.
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment, ensuring the well-being of children at all times.
- Interact with children to encourage their involvement in activities, fostering a sense of community and belonging.
- Establish collaborative relationships with co-workers, management, and families, promoting open communication and mutual respect.
- Attend staff meetings and professional development opportunities, staying up-to-date with best practices and industry developments.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and organized classroom, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.

Requirements:
- High School/Equivalent required, Early Childhood Assistant Certification, or Registered Early Childhood Educator.
- Must meet province requirement for childcare employment.
- Current Standard First Aid and infant child CPR.
- Current immunization and health assessment as per the local Minister of Health Requirements.
- Experience in planning and implementing programs.
