Job Type: Full-Time

BrightPath Kids Canada is seeking a dedicated and experienced Centre Director to join our team at Montessori Lakeshore in Ontario. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to build your career in the early childhood education field and contribute to the growth and development of our centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Centre Director in managing the overall operation of the centre, including staff recruitment and development, policy implementation, and compliance with provincial regulations.
  • Ensure that all staff members understand the centre's objectives and expectations.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as payroll, accounts payable, and general communications.
  • Implement and ensure completion of training for all staff members.
  • Provide effective communication with families about their child's progress.

Requirements:

  • A Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) with a valid Ontario College of ECE membership.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of licensing and regulations.
  • Meet province requirements for childcare employment.
  • Up-to-date immunization and Health Assessment as per the local Ministry of Health Requirements.
  • CPR/First Aid Certificate.
